Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of RM100 or 30% of the selected package fee is required. This deposit secures your wedding date in our calendar. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the event date. A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

2. Photographer & Coverage

All packages include coverage by one photographer. Should an assistant or second photographer be present, this is considered a complimentary addition and not part of the contractual agreement. Coverage begins at the agreed time and continues until 6PM, or 7PM at the latest, unless otherwise stated in the package. While the photographer will capture candid moments throughout the day, the bride and groom remain the primary focus.

3. Outdoor Sessions

Outdoor photography sessions are included on the same day as the event. Should the couple request a separate outdoor session on another date, additional charges will apply. The outdoor location is chosen by the couple, ideally within a 10KM radius of the event venue. Additional travel charges may apply for further locations. For best results, outdoor sessions are recommended between 3.30PM – 4.30PM.

4. Style & Creativity

By engaging littleghara, the client acknowledges and accepts our creative style and editing approach. All editing decisions, including color grading, cropping, and artistic choices, are at the sole discretion of littleghara. Raw/unedited files will not be provided under any circumstances. Requests to imitate the work or “picture styles” of other photographers will not be accepted.

5. Delivery of Images

Softcopy images will be delivered digitally via Google Drive or USB within 14 days after the event. Photobooks or albums (if included in the package) will be delivered within three (3) months of the event date, depending on production schedules. Clients will be notified once delivery is complete.

6. Copyright & Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of littleghara. The client is granted a personal-use license, which permits printing and sharing the images with family and friends. Photographs may not be sold, edited by third parties, or used for commercial purposes without written consent. littleghara reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, social media, website, and promotional purposes, unless the client has submitted a formal written request to opt out.

7. Drone Coverage (if applicable)

Drone photography and videography are subject to weather conditions, venue permissions, and CAAM airspace regulations. As a CAAM Certified Drone Pilot, safety and compliance are always prioritized. In cases where drone usage is not permitted due to restrictions or weather, no refund will be issued.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be considered based on availability and reasonable circumstances. In the unlikely event that littleghara is unable to attend due to illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a qualified replacement photographer. If this is not possible, a full refund of fees paid will be issued.

9. Liability

Every effort is made to ensure the safe handling of equipment and secure backups of images. However, in the rare case of loss, damage, or failure, the liability of littleghara shall be limited to the total amount paid for the services. The photographer cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of authority.

10. Respect & Conduct

The photographer reserves the right to decline guest requests for additional photos if such requests interfere with the agreed coverage or disrupt workflow. Assistance may be provided to adjust attire respectfully during sessions, but clients are encouraged to prepare a helper for personal adjustments if necessary.

11. Amendments & Flexibility

These Terms & Conditions serve as a framework for smooth collaboration between littleghara and the client. Situations may vary, and therefore, terms may be adjusted with mutual agreement and clear purpose between both parties.
